TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

BOOKING & DEPOSITS 

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. This deposit is applied to your final invoice. 

  • The remaining balance is due in full before your service begins. 

  • Booking is confirmed only once your deposit has been received. 

  • Last-minute appointments — those requested within 72 hours of the desired date — are subject to a $500 rush fee, whether in person or virtual. 

PAYMENT 

  • I accept check, Venmo, and all major credit cards. 

  • Gift certificates are available and make a lovely gift.  

  • Any balance left unpaid by the service date may delay or pause your service until it's settled.   

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS 

I plan each client's experience with great care, often months in advance, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because a late change affects both my schedule and the other clients I'm able to see, the following applies: 

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge. 

  • In the case of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited and the session is billed in full. 

  • I understand life happens — if something urgent comes up, please reach out and we'll find the kindest way forward. 

REFUNDS 

All services and gift certificates are non-refundable. My deepest commitment is to your experience, and I'll always work with you to make sure you feel cared for and confident in the result. 

PERSONAL SHOPPING, RETURNS, FITTING & CATALOGING 

  • Purchases on your behalf are made using the payment method you've authorized. 

  • Some purchases are completed through my stylist-owned retail accounts. Any rewards, points, or loyalty benefits tied to those transactions remain with Elizabeth Elias Consulting. This is a standard part of the sourcing and styling process and helps make your curated selections possible. 

  • You'll receive one complimentary round of returns following your try-on session. 

  • For any additional returns within your Style Support window, I'll provide a prepaid mailing label for you to send items back yourself. If you'd like me to handle a return after your Style Support window has closed, that time is billed at my current hourly rate of $150/hour.  

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to those retailers' return policies, sizing, and availability, and I'm not able to be responsible for manufacturer defects or stock changes outside my control. 

  • Concierge in client’s home fitting session are available for an additional fee. 

  • A Junior Stylist can also photograph your items for an additional fee. 

STYLE SUPPORT WINDOW 

Your “Style Support window” is the period after your service when I remain available for follow-up questions, exchanges, and styling guidance on your new pieces. As noted in your packages, this window runs for 30 days (Full Service Package), 14 days (Shopping & Styling Package), 15 minutes (Travel Packing Package) from your fitting session. After it closes, ongoing support is warmly welcomed and billed at my current hourly rate. 

TRAVEL 

  • All services include up to a 30-mile round trip from zip code 78746. Parking fees are not included. 

  • Travel beyond 30 miles round trip is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate currently at $0.70/mile, plus tolls and parking, and is also subject to an additional hourly fee. 

  • Overnight travel is subject to additional expenses including, but not limited to, hotel, a per-diem meal allowance, and transportation such as airfare and rideshare. Travel time is billed at a reduced hourly rate in addition to service costs. 

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING 

I love celebrating my clients' transformations! With your permission, I may photograph your session, outfits, or before-and-after results to share on my website and social media. Your photos are never shared without your consent, and you're always welcome to opt out or ask me to keep your name and details private — just let me know.  

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY 

Discretion is at the heart of what I do. Anything I learn about you, your home, your wardrobe, and your life stays completely private. I treat your space and your trust with the utmost respect, and your personal and payment information is kept secure and used only to provide your services. 

WHAT I’LL NEED FROM YOU 

  • Honest, open communication about your preferences, budget, sizing, and goals — the more I know, the better I can serve you. 

  • Timely responses and availability around our scheduled sessions and your Style Support window. 

  • Safe, reasonable access to your space for in-home services. 

  • An open mindset to grow with your wardrobe and personal style. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Any style guides, lookbooks, shopping lists, or other materials I create for you are prepared for your personal use and remain my creative work. I'd kindly ask that they not be shared, resold, or distributed without my permission. 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS 

I may update these terms from time to time as my services evolve. The version in effect on the date you book your service is the one that applies to that engagement. 

AGREEMENT & CONTACT
